Judge Paul Schmidt & Judge Jeffrey Chaee are true heroes. As a senior litigator in immigration, I commend them for standing up against the blatent injustice which is the norm rather than an exception in our Immigration system.

Thanks for the kind words! The real heroes are those of you representing individuals and fighting in the courts, any all levels, for justice, due process, and fundamental fairness for all persons in the U.S. regardless of status! It’s what our Constitution provides and requires; but, many public officials in all three branches are unwilling to stand up for these basic rights!
